A Teacher Candidate Improvement Plan (TCIP) is designed to provide support to candidates who are experiencing difficulty during their fieldwork semester or student teaching semester. This document may be initiated by a Subject Area Coordinator, Course Instructor, and/or Clinical Coach. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of their TCIP may be consider for removal from the program.
