Students completing their Master's, Ed.D., Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Special Education, or Preliminary Administrative Services credential programs are invited to participate in the 2020 Commencement Ceremony.
All students who participate in the ceremony are required to register. Details for registration will be available in March.
Ceremony Date: Thursday, May 21, 2020
Location: Titan Stadium
Time: 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.
Line up location and time: Master's, Ed.D. and Credential candidates must arrive by 3:30pm to Parking Lot A.

SPEAKER/VOCALIST - Auditions accepted through February 28th.
Credential completers, master’s and doctoral students participating in the Thursday, May 21, 2020 commencement ceremony are invited to audition (fall 2019, spring 2020 and summer 2020 completers and graduates).
Auditions To Speak
- Prepare a 3-4 minute speech (no more than 500 words) that addresses what a Just, Equitable and Inclusive Education means to you.
- Please make your speech inclusive of ALL College of Education students AND programs. Auditions that are specific to a cohort or program will not be considered.
Auditions to Sing
- Sing either the National Anthem or “America the Beautiful” without accompaniment.
- May audition as a soloist or with a group.

Tickets are not required for guests and there will be open seating. Gates open at 3:30pm. Program will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

CREDENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIRED DRESSCODE:
Credential candidates will wear professional business attire (dress as though you are attending a job interview). Candidates recieving their credential do not wear cap and gown. Candidates completing the credential and masters combined program during fall 2019, spring 2020 or summer 2020 will wear ragalia and will follow the dresscode noted below. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended as there will be considerable walking and the candidate chairs will be on a lawn.
MASTERS AND ED.D. CANDIDATE REQUIRED DRESSCODE:
Caps, gowns and hoods are mandatory for the commencement ceremonies and will be available for purchase at the Titan Bookstore starting March 24th. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended as there will be considerable walking and the candidate chairs will be on a lawn.
