Cynthia Gautreau, Ed.D.

Dr. Cynthia Gautreau is the MSIDT Program Director. Dr. Cynthia Gautreau joined the faculty of the Department of Elementary and Bilingual Education after earning her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Her experience includes teaching at the elementary level, technology consulting in higher education, and graduate instruction at Cal Poly Pomona and Claremont Graduate University. At CSUF, she teaches courses in the Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology Program, Multiple Subject Credential Program, and Master of Science courses in the Department of Elementary and Bilingual Education. In addition to teaching, Dr. Gautreau continues to pursue her interest in technology, professional development and motivation research. She investigates the use of technology in the teaching and learning process.
