The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership is one of few programs in the region that offers separate specializations in P-12 leadership and community college leadership. This allows students to explore content in greater depth with peers and faculty who share their experience and interest.
The mission of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership is to prepare informed and reflective educational leaders who ethically apply critical skills of evaluation, analysis, synthesis, and action to ensure excellence and equity in educational practice as they serve as stewards to the education community. The doctoral program is fully accredited by WASC and was the recipient of one of six commendations presented to Cal State Fullerton during its 2012 full review.
