The Titan Future Teachers (TFT) program is dedicated to empowering students to become innovative and compassionate educators. Our program focuses on intentional community building, academic and professional development, and advocacy for anti-racist education. We strive to uphold a culture of excellence, equity, and social justice in education.
How to Join Titan Future Teachers:
- Attend the TFT- Kickoff Event: All students interested in joining TFT must attend the Kickoff event, which will be held on Friday , August 14, 2026 . This event is a great opportunity for new members to get acquainted with the program, meet fellow participants, and understand the expectations.
- Participate in Bi-Weekly Workshops: Once you join, students are expected to attend workshops and socials held every other Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. These workshops and socials are designed to provide ongoing support, professional development, and community building opportunities.
