Biography
As a school district Superintendent for over eighteen years, Dr. Ecker observed firsthand a variety of effective leadership practices related to the strategic direction of educational organizations. Studying the elements that build sustainability in leaders continues to feed his interest in training and development for impactful leadership in our schools.
