Call for Proposals

Thank you for your interest in submitting a speaking proposal for the Create Technology Conference 2020! Speakers will receive free conference registration.

Call for proposals is now closed.

We are soliciting speaking proposals for each of our two tracks:

Instructional Design Track

Do you use technology in innovative and creative ways to help people learn? Do you have tools, strategies, or case studies that would inspire others?

Strands:  learning technology, multimedia, apps for teaching and learning, usability, accessibility, virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and more!

K-12 Teacher Track

Share what works in your classroom!  Which technology engages your students and supports learning? What technology tricks and tips work for you?

Strands: classroom website design, classroom management tools, instructional apps, digital design, technology integration ideas, model lessons, and more!

Session Formats

Proposals may be submitted for a 60-minute or 90-minute session. We invite proposals for traditional presentations and interactive workshops. Sixty-minute sessions should include about 40-45 minutes of presentation and 10-15 minutes for Q&A. Ninety-minute sessions are best for interactive workshops, which may include a mix of content and hands-on activities and discussion.

Presenters should include in the proposal a description of the topic and an outline of the presentation. Proposals should reflect elements of one of the two tracks above.
