The Leadership Institute for Tomorrow (LIFT) is a one-year program created to mentor, coach, and LIFT a diverse group of professionals who want to progress as leaders in higher education.
Our LIFT faculty and mentors include current as well as former college and university presidents, chancellors, deans, and provosts who will provide our participants with the skills and expertise needed to realize their leadership potential.

The College of Education at California State University, Fullerton proudly hosts the LIFT 2020 Conference. Partners and supporters include UC Riverside, UC Irvine, and Coastline Community College.
LIFT embraces and encourages the use of technology by both faculty and participants to establish and expand their professional networks and resources.
Outcome: Participants will develop leadership competencies in managing and leading technological change.
LIFT believes diversity is found on every college campus yet is not reflected at the senior level of leadership. Participants will be able to develop leadership competencies to address issues of justice, equity, and inclusiveness.

LIFT values the merging of art with leadership development. LIFT will explore ways that leaders can use art (music, theater, print, and more) to connect with others and to inspire those around them.
Outcome: Participants will be able to develop leadership competencies that utilize the creativity and inspirations of art.
