MEET LIFT
The Leadership Institute for Tomorrow (LIFT) is a one-year program created to mentor, coach, and LIFT a diverse group of professionals who want to progress as leaders in higher education.
Our LIFT faculty and mentors include current as well as former college and university presidents, chancellors, deans, and provosts who will provide our participants with the skills and expertise needed to realize their leadership potential.
Who is this program for?
LIFT was created with new and emerging leaders in higher education, classified professionals, and first-generation higher education entry-level or higher management positions in mind. The program aims to help these individuals realize their full potential and grow their professional careers.
date and time
The 9th annual LIFT Program will start with a leadership conference beginning Monday, June 2nd, 2025 and ending Friday, June 6th, 2025. Quarterly web-based connections will continue throughout 2026.
cost
The program registration fee is FREE for Califorina Community College employees and $1,450 for non-Califorina Community College employees. The fee covers the conference, the year long institute plus resources, and material.
***CANCELLATION POLICY***
Cancellations made after May 10 or failure to attend (no shows) will result in a $1,450 charge to your college. This fee covers pre-arranged costs which are paid in advance and non-refundable.
If paying by check, please pay to the order of: "Auxillary Services Corporation, Fullerton". Please write "LIFT" in the memo.
