Education Specialists with a Mild to Moderate Support Needs (MMSN) credential serve students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade who require individualized support for a range of learning and behavioral needs. This dynamic program prepares candidates to work collaboratively with school teams to design and implement effective, personalized supports for students with mild to moderate disabilities. With a strong emphasis on inclusive practices, positive behavior strategies, and evidence-based instruction, the MMSN program equips future educators with the tools to make a meaningful impact in diverse classroom settings.

The MMSN credential program offers the flexibility of 100% online coursework, delivered through a mix of asynchronous and live sessions, paired with hands-on clinical practice in local school districts throughout the greater Orange County area. This blend of theory and real-world experience ensures candidates are not only well-prepared but also confident in their ability to support student success from day one.

The MMSN credential program is offered as full-time or part-time, pending enrollment and majority preference during the application process.
