Distribution Responsibilities
 
440F: Use one line for each master teacher or mentor. Please type all the information complete & return to htaylor@fullerton.edu by the end of the fourth week of each semester. She will distribute to others.
449E: Use one line for each Master Teacher and period. Please type all the information complete & e-mail to htaylor@fullerton.edu by the end of the fourth week of each semester. She will distribute to others.
449I: Use one line for each Master Teacher and period. Please type all the information complete & e-mail to htaylor@fullerton.edu by the end of the fourth week of each semester. She will distribute to others.
449I: (TPE Observation): Supervisors should conduct at least two observations utilizing this form (print or electronic.) Supervisors should give copy to Student Teacher, Master/Mentor Teacher, and place a copy in the Student Teachers file kept by the Subject Area Advisor or seminar professor.
