Cal State Fullerton Single Subject Credential Program Featured in National Publication
AACTE_LogoCal State Fullerton Single Subject Credential Program Featured in National Publication Recently, Cal State Fullerton’s College of Education was featured in the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education’s (AACTE) newly released publication along with 49 other Colleges of Education at institutions across the country who are working to prepare much needed science and mathematics (STEM) teachers. To see this publication please visit http://www.aacte.org/Governmental_Relations/AACTE_STEM_Directory2007.pdf where you will find a copy of “Preparing STEM Teachers: The Key to Global Competitiveness”. This publication highlights more than 50 teacher education programs at institutions across the country dedicated to increasing the number of effective K-12 STEM educators. This publication was released at a Congressional briefing held (http://www.aacte.org/Governmental_Relations/aacte_day_on_the_hill.aspx) in conjunction with the U.S. Senate Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education Caucus.
