The Educational Leadership Department provides credential and degree programs that support the growth of leaders for K-12 schools.  Our mission is to prepare leaders who demonstrate strategic, instructional, organizational, political, and community leadership.

Graduates of the department's programs serve in leadership positions across this region.  The department meets the needs of working professionals by developing high quality programs respected for their relevance to schools and districts.

General Education Course  GE III.C.2:  EDAD364 Justice and Equity in California Education.    Justice, equity, fairness, equal protection and duty of care are reflected in the laws that cover CA public education.  Learn how these laws are used to deal with the social problems that beset our schools.
