Ms. Barbara Finnell

Barbara Finnell received her Teaching Credential at California State University, Fullerton and Masters of Science in Educational Administration degree from United States International University. While teaching in the Fullerton School District, she was named Beginning Teacher of the Year in 1996 and Outstanding Teacher of the Year in 1999.  She served as a BTSA site coordinator and district Science Mentor.  She has presented at various professional seminars and is currently serving as the Secretary on the board of the Orange County Science Educators Association.  Barbara serves as a block leader and teaches courses including Science Methods, Foundations, Teaching English Learners, Visual Performing Arts and Introduction to Teaching. Barbara also serves as the Assistant Graduate Coordinator.
